Production Process
Inlet/outlet
Various base metal coils, mainly FE STEEL, such as Hozan and Capital Steel, are received daily. We have an integrated material control system using a barcode-based process control system from receiving to processing to shipping.
Slit
Various base metal coils, mainly JFE STEEL, such as Hozan, CSC, etc., are received daily. We control materials consistently by using a process control system that utilizes barcodes from receiving to processing to shipping.
Levellers / Shears
In the leveler shear process, we can also accommodate customers who request sheet materials.
