当社は複雑化・多様化する変化の激しい経営環境下で、厳しいグローバル競争を勝ち抜き、将来にわたって持続的な成長を成し遂げる上では、労働生産性向上とともに、社員が前向きに新たな仕事や創造的な仕事に挑戦し、一人一人が生み出す付加価値の最大化が重要だと考えております。その為の人材投資として、当社ではJFEグループ人材マネジメント基本方針に基づき、生み出した収益・成果を、適切な方法によって賃金の引上げを行うとともに、教育訓練等を積極的に取り組むことを通じて、多様な人材の確保と育成に取り組み、従業員への持続的な還元を目指します。

賃金の引き上げについては、適切な賃金水準、やりがいを感じる職場など、労働条件の改善・モチベーションの向上も重要であると認識しております。そうした認識のもと、毎年の定期昇給に加えて、労使交渉による賃金の引き上げを行っており、会社業績を従業員に還元する観点から会社業績に応じて賞与水準を決定する業績連動型一時金制度を導入しています。また、個人の業務遂行において発揮された能力や目標に対する達成度に対する評価を賃金に反映させています。今後も従業員への持続的な還元を実施し、会社の更なる成長に向けて取り組んでまいります。
