History
About JFE Shoji Trade
Establishment of JFE Shoji Trade Corporation
JFE Shoji Trade Group was established in October 2004 through the merger and reorganization of Kawatetsu Shoji Trade Corporation and NK Trading Corporation to assume the core functions of product sales and global procurement for the JFE Group.
JFE Group Structure
Since October 2012, JFE Shoji Trade Group has been an operating company of JFE Holdings, Inc. with the aim of utilizing the Group's marketing-related functions throughout the JFE Group and strengthening and streamlining the JFE Group's overall steel business supply chain.

Business Model
JFE Shoji Trade is working to establish a stable earnings base through both trade and business expansion. In addition, JFE Shoji Trade is working to further strengthen its business base by deepening cooperation among its bases based on a "global quadrupolar structure" in Japan, the Americas, China, and ASEAN countries.
In addition to opening up new possibilities by expanding our supply chain from upstream to downstream, centering on steel peripheral businesses, we will address social issues such as carbon neutrality and a recycling-oriented society, while taking advantage of the management resources and information network we have cultivated to date to take advantage of these opportunities.
