Kawasho Foods Corporation exhibited at the 27th FABEX 2024 held at Tokyo Big Sight for three days from April 12.

This exhibition is the largest of its kind in Japan for commercial food products, with 932 exhibitors and more than 55,000 visitors over the three-day period. Kawasho Foods (https://www.kawasho-foods.co.jp/) promoted its main product, Nozaki's Corned Beef, a retort pouch type for commercial use, as well as other commercial products such as pork and corned beef fried rice. The purpose of this exhibit was to let consumers who have never eaten corned beef know how to eat it and its appeal through menus such as commercial prepared foods, and to further increase awareness of the "Nozaki's brand" and increase their willingness to purchase it.

At the booth, we prepared tastings of corned beef and pork, and displayed a variety of products to appeal to visitors. Many customers who tasted the products commented positively on their introduction, saying, "I missed corned beef and wanted to eat it for the first time in a long time," and "There are so many ways to use and eat corned beef. Kawasho Foods will continue to provide safe, secure, and delicious "food" to contribute to the creation of rich dietary life around the world.
