JFE Shoji Trade Union held a round-table discussion for female expatriates!

On March 27, JFE Shoji Trade Union held a round-table discussion for female expatriates. The event invited Ms. Matsui from the Biomass Fuels Department (dispatched to JFE Shoji Trade Corporation in the Philippines for training), Ms. Yoshida from the Accounting Office (dispatched to JFE Shoji Power Canada Inc. for training), and Ms. Fukui from the Electromagnetic Steel Sheet Trading Office (dispatched to JFE Shoji Steel Vietnam for training), all of whom have experience working overseas. (dispatched for training at JFE SHOJI STEEL VIETNAM), and Mr. Fukui (dispatched for training at JFE SHOJI STEEL VIETNAM) from the Electromagnetic Steel Sheet Trading Office.

After self-introductions by the three expatriates, a question-and-answer session was held, during which participants asked questions such as "Did you want to be stationed in Japan? and "What exactly do you do? and "What about leisure activities and interactions with female expatriates from other companies? They also asked a wide range of questions about their future career plans.
