JFE Shoji Electronics Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "J-Sho-Ele"), a member of the JFE Shoji Group, started selling "SDxV®-FA" in April as a new product of the " SDxV®" series, a remote integrated plant management system using video, which enables labor saving at a low cost.

SDxV®" is a system that integrates SCADA, which manages various plant data, and VMS, which manages video, using proprietary technology. Although demand for video monitoring is increasing at manufacturing sites, where DX promotion is urgently needed due to the declining workforce and other factors, many small- and medium-scale sites are troubled by the "mismatch between the scale of production and the system". The newly released "SDxV®-FA" is an easy-to-install type for small and medium-sized companies with such concerns. The basic specifications have been narrowed down to the most important functions, and a new design has been developed that allows individual customization of the functions required at each manufacturing site. The result is an integrated management system that is less expensive and more customizable than the current " SDxV®-Enterprise " product. Furthermore, since the system supports batch processing and lot management, it can be used in situations where advanced quality control is required, such as in the automotive, food, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as spot monitoring in response to abnormality detection and the ability to carry data with a mobile terminal.

Through the provision of SDxV®-FA, J Shoji Electronics aims to realize labor savings and technology transfer at manufacturing sites and build a sustainable environment for the next generation.
