On November 6, four JFE Group companies (JFE Holdings, JFE Steel, JFE Engineering, and JFE Shoji Trade) jointly held a "D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) Presidents Roundtable Meeting. The event was held as part of "Diversity Month" (DS Month) in November, and four presidents from each company gathered together for a frank discussion as individuals and for the promotion of D&I in the future. The roundtable discussion will be disseminated to employees through each company's PR magazine and company intranet.

In addition to the President's Roundtable Discussion, JFE Shoji also distributed videos of the "President's Message" and the "J-SHO CHALLENGE DECADE" to employees. JFE Shoji Trade also conducted the "President's Message" video distribution and "J-SHO Challenge Days," in addition to the President's Roundtable Discussion.
