JFE Shoji Trade held a sales training for the steel division!

On November 8-9, JFE Shoji Trade's Steel Generalization Department held a two-day sales training course for employees in their second year with the company in the Steel Division. 40 employees from JFE Shoji Trade and Group companies participated in the course. The purpose of this training was to "confirm their own current business knowledge and solidify the foundation by acquiring the knowledge necessary to carry out their duties in preparation for the next step of becoming mid-level employees." Due to the Corona disaster, this was the first time in four years since 2019 that this training was conducted in person.
On the first day, the 7th Mid-Term Management Plan was explained, lectures on prevention of different materials were given, and JFE Steel/Hirono and Honna gave lectures on production management and monthly work On the second day, group discussions were held on "What are the challenges and opportunities for J Shoji in 10 years' time? The employees who participated in the workshop commented, "I usually like to see more of the same. One of the participating employees commented, "I am usually so busy with immediate tasks that I tend to take a micro viewpoint, but the lectures on the medium-term management plan and JFE Steel gave me an opportunity to think about things from a macro viewpoint based on company policy.
