Starting with the head office in December 2022, office renewal is underway in various locations. This September, the Nagoya Branch Office and Hamamatsu Office were newly renovated.
The Nagoya branch office is now a unified space with a blue base color and orange inserts. The individual lockers that were previously located in the office space have been moved to a different location, making the shared space more spacious. In addition, by consolidating the copy machines in the center of the office, employees in other departments have more opportunities to meet each other, and conversations naturally take place.
The Hamamatsu office was renovated to maximize space and create an open space based on the concept of "from an 'old office' to a 'stylish office. The doors, wallpaper, carpeting, etc. were all completely redone, and roll curtains and high tables were installed. Employees have expressed their delight by saying, "I look forward to opening the curtains first thing in the morning now that I get more sunlight," and "I work at the high table in the afternoon for a change of pace.
