JFE Shoji Trade Corporation held an informal ceremony at its head office on October 2. At the ceremony, Mr. Onizawa, Managing Director of JFE Shoji, gave the following words of advice: "As it is said that people are the starting point of a trading company, please remember that human ability is the first thing that is important. Where you work is important, but how you work is also important. Please think carefully about what you want to be as a member of society during the six months before you join the company. Next, Mr. Inagaki, the Human Resources Manager, handed each of them a letter of offer, and then the ceremony was closed. Although the candidates looked nervous throughout the ceremony, they seemed relieved and showed bright smiles when the ceremony was over.

After the ceremony, the Human Resources Department explained "how to spend your time until you join the company," what you should do, etc., as well as the dormitory, company housing, welfare benefits, and other administrative information. In the evening, a get-together was held to deepen exchanges among the informal meeting participants.
