On August 22, Minebea held its 10th annual Family Day, which was attended by 82 employees and their families. The day consisted of two parts: "J-Shosha Junior Seminar" and "Boardroom Visit and Office Tour." The first part, "J-Shosha Junior Seminar," included a daily time schedule of employees, an introduction to trading company work, and a quiz game on steel. During the craft time, participants made photo props and business cards for use in commemorative photo shoots.

The second part of the seminar started with a greeting by President Kobayashi, followed by a commemorative photo session in which participants held the photo props they made in the first part of the seminar. After that, they visited the boardroom and experienced the annual exchange of business cards with the president and other directors. During the office tour, a stamp rally was held so that the children could enjoy touring the renovated office. Children took the stamp cards distributed to them and collected the stickers placed throughout the office, deepening their interaction with the employees. Families who participated in the Family Day were presented with gift certificates and snacks from Kawasho Foods, one of our group companies.

Participating children commented that the stamp rally was fun and that it was good to see their mothers and fathers at work.
The presence of the children created a bright and warm atmosphere in the company, making it a wonderful day. We will continue to promote this kind of event to deepen understanding of the workplace and create a workplace atmosphere that is easy to work in and values family.
