Laguna Technopark Industrial Park, where JFE Shoji Steel Philippines, Inc. (JSSP) is located, is home to approximately 250 companies, including Japanese companies, and is celebrating its 32nd anniversary this year. The LTAI (Laguna Technopark Association Inc.), a secretariat run by the industrial park, selects a board of directors every year, and at the general meeting held on June 30, JSSP President Saito was re-elected to the board as chairman. On August 4, a swearing-in ceremony was held under the presidency of Deputy Secretary Vivian Santos of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), which was attended by Japanese Embassy officials and presidents of many companies in Laguna Technopark. JFE Shoji will continue its efforts to make the industrial park a "safe and secure industrial park" by improving its maintenance and support system to make it an even better industrial park, as well as to enhance the brand power of JFE Shoji and the motivation of JSSP employees.
