On July 26, the flower arrangement club held a "Small Flower Arrangement Exhibition" at the head office of JFE Shoji Trade Corporation, with nine employees of the JFE Shoji Group participating. This was the second time for the club to hold such an exhibition, following last year's event, with the aim of communicating the appeal of flower arrangement to as many employees as possible.
　Under the guidance of Ms. Haruko Miyamoto, an instructor of the Sogetsu School of Flower Arrangement, each participant freely chose flower materials and vases to arrange flowers. The activity was conducted in a friendly atmosphere from start to finish, with participants engaging in lively conversation with people they do not usually have contact with in their daily work. Participants commented, "I am glad that I managed to create something good for a beginner thanks to the teacher's advice," and "The combination of flower materials and vase showed my individuality and reminded me of the fun of flower arrangement.
After the event, the works were displayed in the refreshment corner and lounge of the head office, and conversations such as, "Having flowers in the office is gorgeous and uplifting," were generated, leading to the revitalization of communication among the employees.
