Volunteers from Nagoya Branch Office held a cleanup activity and BBQ!
On June 24, the Nagoya and Tokai branches of the JFE Shoji Trade Union held a cleanup activity and BBQ with the aim of raising CSR awareness among union members, promoting communication, and deepening mutual understanding between families and the company. A total of 42 employees of the JFE Shoji Group working at the Nagoya Branch and their families participated in the cleanup activities at Shonai Ryokuchi Park, followed by a BBQ at the same park.
The event provided an opportunity for employees to communicate with people with whom they have little contact in their daily work, transcending the boundaries of company, department, and year, and to regain the sense of unity that had nearly faded due to the Corona disaster. The event was also a good opportunity for employees' families and children to participate and deepen their understanding of the company's atmosphere and employees' working environment. We intend to continue this kind of activity next year and beyond to promote communication.
