CEMCO participated in cleanup activities!

On June 24, a total of 60 employees and their families from CEMCO, a JFE Group company in the U.S., participated in a cleanup activity organized by the local charity organization "Orange County Coastkeeper. The event was held at Bolsa Chica State Beach and was attended by Executive Vice Presidents Takahashi and Iizuka, as well as Eric Larson and Tom Delpit from CEMCO's management team. Despite the high temperatures and scorching sun, about 50 kg of trash was collected in two hours, including plastic bottle caps, Styrofoam, and bags of candy.
After the cleanup, trash was weighed, commemorative photos were taken, and sandwiches were served to participants. Jessica Carrillo, Human Resources Manager, who organized the event, commented, "We will continue to proactively make social contributions to the local community under the motto of 'giving back to the local community with an awareness of the SDGs.
