Kawasho Foods exhibited for the first time at the 26th FABEX 2023 held at Tokyo Big Sight for three days from April 12.
The exhibition boasts the largest scale in Japan for a specialized commercial exhibition, with 560 exhibitors and a total of 53,000 visitors over the three days. Kawasho Foods ( https://www.kawasho-foods.co.jp/) promoted its main product, "Nozaki's Corned Beef," a new retort pouch type for commercial use, as well as its regular products such as pork and salad chicken.
The purpose of the exhibition was to let consumers who have never eaten corned beef before know how to eat Nozaki's corned beef and its appeal through commercial menus at restaurants and in prepared foods, and to increase awareness and purchase of Nozaki's corned beef for the commercial market.
At the exhibition, various products were displayed in the booth to appeal to visitors, and tasting menus of corned beef and pork for food service were prepared to sell the products to visitors. （The team also had a chance to try one of the products! ) We will continue to make proposals for the adoption of corned beef in commercial menus, and to develop and propose various prepared foods and commercial products using the Nozaki brand.
