Training for new employees is conducted!

 JFE Shoji Trade Corporation conducts training for new employees every year prior to their assignment. Until last year, the training was mainly conducted remotely due to the Corona disaster, but this year we are offering face-to-face training. The training includes a variety of content such as business manners, roundtable discussions with senior employees, and sales role-playing. At the senior employee roundtable discussion, participants were able to hear from senior employees in various departments, from departments they had been interested in before joining the company to departments they were new to, and it was a valuable opportunity to deepen their thoughts on their respective careers. During the lunch break, the participants used the stories they heard from the senior employees as a reference and engaged in excited conversation about which department they would be assigned to. After completing their month-long training period, the new employees will begin work at their assigned departments on May 15.
