On February 15, JFE Shoji Trade held the "JFE Shoji Group Corporate Blood Donation" in the conference room of its headquarters building.

More than 40 employees participated in the blood donation after blood pressure measurement, medical interview, hemoglobin concentration, and preliminary blood type test. After the blood donation, juice and snacks were distributed to the participants. This activity has been held twice a year since 2014 as a social contribution activity that employees can participate in close to home to save the lives of those in need of blood transfusions for treatment of illnesses and surgeries.

We will continue to promote social contribution activities by planning activities that are easy for employees to participate in.

The flow of blood donation

(1) Have your blood pressure measured and fill out the necessary information at the reception desk.

(2) After a medical interview by the doctor, the blood type and hemoglobin concentration are tested.

(3) If there are no problems with your blood type or hemoglobin level, you can start donating blood!

After donating blood, have some snacks and drink some water and take a rest. (At least 30 minutes).

(at least 30 minutes) After donating blood, you will receive a pamphlet on how to spend your time after donating blood, a souvenir, and other items!
