Kyushu Tec started operation of a new column processing line!

Kyushu Tec Corporation, a group company of JFE Shoji Trade Corporation, has installed and started operation of a new column processing line capable of cutting and beveling sheets up to 1000 mm wide and 50 mm thick.
On January 11, the first day of operation, a safety ceremony and start-up ceremony were held, and JFE Shoji/Executive Director Kitajima said at the start-up ceremony, "I think this is the number one line in the Kyushu region. President Kimishima of Kyushu TEC encouraged the employees to "do a good job with high productivity, safety first, and quality second, to meet the expectations of fabricators, trading companies, and column makers," and then strongly pressed the start-up switch.
With the operation of the new column processing line, the processing capacity has increased from 1,600 t/month to 2,400 t/month. The company will continue to respond to the expected increase in demand for large column processing by leveraging its Kyushu's top-class processing capacity and the strength of its storage and delivery functions utilizing its vast warehouse.
