Family Day was held!

Masks were removed for the photo shooting only.

On August 23, Family Day was held at the head office in a hybrid online and face-to-face format, with 64 JFE Shoji employees and their families in attendance.
The day consisted of two parts: "J-Sho Junior Seminar" and "Office Tour." The "J-Sho Junior Seminar" included a daily time schedule of employees, an introduction to trading company work, and a quiz competition on steel. During the craft time, participants made photo props to be used in the commemorative photo shoot in the second session.

At the "Office Tour," President Kobayashi first greeted the participants, who then took a commemorative photo with the photo props they had made during the craft time. Next, participants experienced the customary exchange of business cards with the president and other executives, toured the boardroom, and then went around the office to deepen exchanges with employees.
As souvenirs for the participants, we handed out popcorn from the welfare office "Onburaju" through the NPO PIPPO, giving the children an opportunity to learn about the social contribution activities of our group.
Children who participated in the event commented, "I was nervous at first, but I was happy to exchange business cards with many people," and "It was fun to interact with people from the workplace.

We will continue to promote a better understanding of the workplace and create a workplace atmosphere that is easy to work in and values family through this kind of event.

The participants exchanged business cards skillfully, though a little nervous.

They were eagerly choosing answers to the questions.
