In June 2021, JFE Shoji Trade Corporation acquired the third level (the highest) of the "Eruboshi" certification mark based on the Law for the Promotion of Women's Activities in the Workplace (Law for the Promotion of Women's Activities).
The "Eruboshi" certification is granted by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare to employers who have formulated and submitted action plans in accordance with the Law for the Promotion of Women's Advancement. For this certification, the company met all five evaluation criteria: "recruitment," "continued employment," "working hours and other working styles," "management ratio," and "diverse career paths," and was certified as a company with excellent implementation status.
We regard the promotion of diversity and inclusion as one of our important management issues, and in order to respond quickly and appropriately to the rapidly changing business environment, we are promoting initiatives to maximize the abilities of employees with diverse backgrounds, including gender, nationality, and values.
