The Iron & Steel Trade Division has been conducting its own annual training program for new employees in order to "make them competitive at an early stage", and this year's program was held from May 17 to June 17. This year's training was held from May 17 to June 17. All members of the division are united in their efforts to prepare new employees for their future careers at the Steel Trading Division. For about one month from the day after their assignment date, the trainees learn the basics of trade and sales activities to build a foundation as a tradesperson.
　The training program also includes introductions to the office by each general manager and roundtable discussions with people who have been stationed overseas. While accumulating a wide range of business knowledge, the program also serves to increase motivation for future overseas assignments.
