Relocation of Group Companies to the New Otemachi Building is Completed!
JFE Shoji Group General Reception (9th floor)
The former JFE Shoji Building (currently TOKIWA Bridge), which was once the base of JFE Shoji Trade head office and where JFE Shoji Group companies have been based since 2012, will be demolished and incorporated into Tokiwabashi Park after 2025 as part of the "Tokyo Ekimae Tokiwabashi Project. In response to this, the relocation of group companies has been underway since last October, and the relocation to the new Otemachi Building has recently been completed.
The new Otemachi Building is conveniently located near Otemachi Financial City, where JFE Shoji's head office is located, with easy access to Tokyo Station. The large area per floor has made it possible to consolidate group companies that previously occupied 12 floors into 3 floors.
By creating a large common space and devising a flow line, we have created an environment that is a creative place for dialogue, information exchange, and spontaneous collaboration that transcends the boundaries of each group company.
