New employee training was held!
Every year, JFE Shoji Trade holds training for new employees prior to their assignment. This year again, 62 new employees underwent training for about one and a half months. They learned business manners as well as practical learning such as Excel operation and business simulation. They were actively engaged in their assignments, with some even teaching each other during lunch breaks where they did not understand a particular part of the training. After completing the training, the new employees will begin work at their assigned sites on May 16.
When the author visited the office for a photo shoot for the PR magazine, he was asked, "Please take my picture! What is the Public Relations Office like? I was overwhelmed by the freshness of the new employees!
