Group company Jiangsu Chuden held a Family Day on August 28. This activity was planned to deepen mutual understanding between employees' families and the company and to create a comfortable working environment, and was held for the first time.

The day started with a greeting from General Manager Endo and an explanation of the company. After that, a plant tour and quiz competition were held to deepen the families' understanding of the workplace and their interest in Jiangsu River Den's "manufacturing" and products while having fun.

The inspection room tour provided an opportunity for participants to actually experience inspections using measuring instruments and electronic microscopes, and to feel the importance of quality assurance, such as dimensional measurements and appearance inspections of products.
Participants' fathers were in charge of introducing the inspection room. Participants learned about the thoroughness of the father's work to prevent the outflow of defective products and different materials through his appearance at work, and commented that it was good to see him at work, which they do not usually have contact with, and that they learned a lot.

The JFE Shoji Group will continue to promote the creation of a comfortable workplace atmosphere while valuing the connection between employees and their families through such projects.
