JFE Shoji Steel Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (JSSM) held its annual "Durian Party" on August 1. This event is held every year with the aim of deepening interaction among employees, and this year about 100 employees participated.

The party started at 5:00 p.m. after work, and night shift members joined the party in the delivery yard. This year, as in the previous year, 380 kg of durians were prepared for the "all-you-can-eat" style party. No one was allowed to take home any of the durian, and the event was held in the style of an "all-you-can-eat" event, allowing people to enjoy it to the fullest on the spot.

The durian served at the event was the "Kampung" variety, which is widely popular in Malaysia. It is a mixed variety harvested from various trees and has a unique flavor and texture, and most of the employees had a smile on their faces. A few employees, including some expatriates, had a hard time liking it.

Many employees said, "We hope you will hold this event again next year! Some even expressed their wish to have the high-end variety "Musang King" next year, if the budget allows.
This annual event was again filled with the smiles and enthusiasm of the employees, making it an enjoyable time in the tropics.
