On July 18, the Group Business Management Department held the "Domestic Group Company Liaison Meeting. This meeting is held twice every fiscal year for the purpose of sharing various information and matters communicated by each common division of JFE Shoji Trade. Since the Corona disaster, the meeting had been held at Teams, but this time, for the first time since fiscal 2019, it was held in person, with a total of 43 representatives from domestic Group companies in attendance.

Following an opening address by the Group Business Management Department, the General Affairs Department, Finance and Accounting Department, and other common departments shared information. The Legal Department provided information on compliance training and e-learning programs, the Examination Department on the domestic bankruptcy situation, and the Human Resources Department on measures to be taken in response to legal revisions, among other topics.
After the liaison meeting, a reception was held. The meeting was a great success, with some participants commenting that it was meaningful to expand horizontal ties within the group through exchanges with JCCI's common divisions and group companies.

The liaison meeting provided a valuable opportunity for direct dialogue between common divisions and group companies to deepen relationship building, and the JFE Shoji Group will continue to create opportunities for exchange, including this meeting, to promote cooperation among group companies and divisions and further strengthen the group management system.
