Kawasho Foods, a group company, will launch two new products, "Potato Salad with Corned Beef" and "Big Onigiri Corned Beef Mayonnaise", both using "Nozaki's Corned Beef", in collaboration with NewDays and NewDays KIOSK, the echina convenience stores of JR East.

The products are part of the lineup for the "Retro Fair: Showa to Heisei" to be held from September 9 (Tuesday).

This fair is a project aimed at bringing nostalgic tastes and styles familiar from the Showa and Heisei eras with a modern twist for the enjoyment of people of all ages. Kawasho Foods proposes retro charm and new ways to enjoy food through Nozaki's Corned Beef, which has supported Japanese dining for many years.

Feature：A rice ball with coarsely ground black pepper and "Nozaki's corned beef" seasoned with mayonnaise and soy sauce sandwiched between two rice balls. The flavor of the corned beef stands out in this dish.
