On the day of the event, employees' families were welcomed with a welcome board that read "Welcome to Family Day! and a "Welcome to Family Day!" welcome board. Children were presented with original business cards, and employees and children exchanged business cards with Mr. Iino, the branch manager. There was even a line of children waiting for their turn to exchange business cards with Mr. Iino.
During the office tour, children collected stamps placed throughout the company and exchanged business cards with employees, deepening exchanges. It was impressive to see the children sitting at the desks where their mothers and fathers work on a daily basis, with proud expressions on their faces.

At the end of the meeting, the children were presented with souvenirs! The Osaka Branch presented an assortment set of "Nozaki's Corned Beef," the main brand of Kawasho Foods, a group company, and Branch Manager Iino presented goods featuring "Myakmyak," the official character of the Osaka Expo.

The Osaka Branch Family Day ended on a high note, with the children happily saying, "I don't want to go home yet!

Mr. Iino, branch manager, said, "I feel that Family Day is a valuable opportunity to deepen mutual understanding between the company, employees, and their families. I think it is a great pleasure for the families to see the office and the employees at work, and it also motivates the employees. It would be nice if the family day could bring the employees closer together." said Mr. Kato.

The JFE Shoji Group will continue to place importance on the relationship between employees and their families, and will strive to create a comfortable working environment.
