On May 28, the Tokyo Branch of the JFE Shoji Trade Union held the "J-Sho Beer Garden" at the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Beer Garden Grill Terrace Nihonbashi, which was attended by a record number of 114 employees. This activity is held with the aim of promoting communication across different years and departments.

On the day of the event, while a mouth-watering BBQ course was prepared, the event started with a toast by Mr. Goto, Tokyo Branch Executive Committee member. Participants moved freely from one seat to another as they enjoyed their meal, actively interacting not only with their close colleagues but also with employees from other departments with whom they have no regular contact.

One participant commented, "I was able to interact with people from various departments and years and learn about the atmosphere of work and the company," while another first-time participant said, "I am glad I participated. Some employees who participated for the first time said, "I am glad I took part in this event, and I enjoyed it very much.

The JFE Shoji Trade Union will continue to promote communication among employees through such activities and strive to build a better working environment.
