JFE Shoji Electronics Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "J Shoji Electronics") exhibited at JISSO PROTEC 2025 (26th Mounting Process Technology Exhibition) held at Tokyo Big Sight for three days from June 4 (Wed.). This exhibition is one of the largest comprehensive exhibitions in Japan where the cutting edge of electronic component mounting technology is gathered, and is a venue for all parties involved in the electronics industry to meet.

With the declining birthrate, aging population, and labor shortage, SMT (Surface Mounting on ^Substrates* ) sites are faced with the challenge of spending a lot of time managing and searching for components. *This technology attaches electronic components directly to the surface of a board.

For example, "the time required to count the large number of electronic components on a reel" and "the time required to find the correct reel to set the stored electronic components on the mounting machine" are factors that greatly affect production efficiency. With the increasing variety and miniaturization of electronic components, there is a strong need for solutions to improve on-site productivity.

J-Sho-Ele is working to solve these issues on the shop floor by developing a "count and find in seconds" system. in a few seconds, and "Finding. J Sho Elegance exhibited for the first time a "mobile smart reel rack" that enables "counting in seconds and searching in an instant" in order to solve these on-site issues.

By combining a mobile rack with a conventional fixed rack, visitors could actually experience a series of processes from picking up parts, transporting them to the mounting site, and setting them up on the mounting machine. The booth also introduced many visitors to a new form of inventory management that realizes "zero searching time" through the use of LED displays to identify parts and the ability to dispatch parts in order of slot number.

President Tomohiro Sagami also visited the exhibition to listen to the voices from the field and to see the latest solutions.

Through this exhibition, we were able to obtain valuable opinions for future product development and service improvement through dialogues with visitors and partner companies.
