JFE Shoji Tail One held the 25th General Meeting of JFE Shoji Tail One Distributors Association on May 15 at Rizan Sea Park Hotel Tanicha Bay in Okinawa Prefecture.

The purpose of this distributors' meeting was to deepen mutual friendship and solidarity among members through sales of the "Tail-Armee Method," which uses steel to reinforce the soil and construct vertical embankments.
This year's general meeting, the 25th of its kind, was held in Okinawa, with about 100 business partners and related persons from all over Japan wearing matching "Kariyushi" uniforms.

The general meeting was opened by Mr. Kano, chairman of the distributors' association (president of Asahi Concrete Industry), who said, "Finally, we were able to return to Okinawa, the promised land." He opened the meeting with a speech celebrating the first general meeting in Okinawa in nine years.
In the representative address that followed, Mr. Kawamoto, President of JFE Shoji Tail One, said, "We have succeeded to the business of a company with the only one technology in ground and slope stability. Their corporate philosophy and activities will be a strong weapon for us." and introduced the new subsidiary of JFE Shoji Tail One, S.T. Engineering.

Afterwards, Mr. Freitag of GeoQuest reported that the company had changed its name from "Tail Alme" due to business expansion and diversification, and Hiramatsu Enterprises, Inc. received the top award in the merit award ceremony.

After the general meeting, a get-together was held from the ocean-view venue while watching the sunset over the ocean, and the participants were pleased to be in Okinawa.
