On March 29, JFE Shoji Steel Philippines, Inc. (JSSP) held its 3rd Team Building Activity at Batangas Lake Lands, a resort facility in Batangas, Philippines, with 84 employees participating.

The purpose of this activity is to promote unity and friendship among employees. Employees are divided into five teams (Red, Blue, Yellow, Orange, and Green) to play games.
The program started with a cheering competition, where each team wore a sun visor of their team color and showed their enthusiasm for each other. The teams then tried their hand at games that tested their teamwork, such as the circle of human wisdom, tower building, and wall climbing.
After all the games, the orange team showed great performance with excellent teamwork and strategy, and was crowned this year's champion.

This was followed by a birthday party for the 14 employees born in March, and the event concluded with a farewell party for President Okamoto (now Human Resources Manager), who will return to Japan at the end of March, and Director Ronald, who plans to retire. All employees shared their memories and bid farewell to President Okamoto and Director Ronald through a video produced by all employees.

JSSP will continue to strengthen the unity among employees and build a better working environment.
