Kawasho Foods, a group company, exhibited at FABEX 2025 held at Tokyo Big Sight from April 15 to 17. The exhibition is one of Japan's largest comprehensive trade fairs for commercial food products, food ingredients, equipment, and containers, and is organized by the Japan Food Journal. This year, more than 56,000 people visited the exhibition.

The walls of the booth were designed to make visitors want to stop and look at fried rice, gyoza dumplings, salads, and other dishes using corned beef.
Ms. Kirisawa, in charge of room-temperature foods, recommended the corned beef okonomiyaki. The flavor of the corned beef is combined with the aroma of the sauce and mayonnaise to create an appetizing dish.

To let visitors experience the deliciousness of corned beef, we prepared tastings of corned beef with mayonnaise and "Nozaki's Pork Luncheon Meat," which is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
One of the tasters said, "I have always loved corned beef, and I keep a stock of canned corned beef.

The three-day exhibition provided an opportunity for buyers from food service, restaurant, retail, and other industries to experience the delicious taste of corned beef and the potential of corned beef.
