JFE Shoji Steel Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (JSSM) held a two-day year-end event on December 28 and December 31, 2012, for employees to celebrate their achievements and strengthen team bonding.

The Annual Dinner Party was held on December 28, 2024 at the Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur and was attended by a total of 108 members.
Under the theme of "Our Night, Our Theme," each department appeared on stage dressed in costumes that matched the theme of the event, such as "Hawaiian" and "Back to School. The audience enjoyed the singing, dancing, and other performances. In addition, "long-service awards" were presented to employees who have worked at JSSM for many years as a token of appreciation for their long years of service.

On December 31, after the annual plant cleanup activity, an awards ceremony was held to honor the employees for their daily efforts and achievements. Individual awards were presented to employees who had performed most outstandingly throughout the year and to those who had made particularly significant improvements. After the presentations and demonstrations of safety measures, a pledge signing ceremony for the "100% JIGIRI" and "100% NIJUGIRI" banners was also held, where all employees renewed their commitment to their future goals. The year ended with a group photo in new polo shirts commemorating the 35th anniversary.

Employees expressed their great satisfaction with the event, saying, "It was meaningful to have fun together with everyone, regardless of whether they were in the office or at the plant," and "We were able to strengthen teamwork among colleagues by working hard together to come up with an entertainment.

JSSM will continue to value the growth of each employee and team unity to build a better working environment.
