On February 18, Perusahaan Sadur Timah Malaysia (PERSTIMA) Berhad, in which JFE Shoji Trade invests, and its subsidiaries PERSTIMA (VIETNAM) CO. The 2nd PERSTIMA Group Meeting was held in Kuala Lumpur. This activity provides a valuable opportunity for the entire group to discuss specific issues and medium- to long-term strategies faced by each base, as well as to deepen exchanges among the group companies.

On the day of the meeting, opinions were exchanged on the PERSTIMA Group's priority export business, with the aim of avoiding duplication among bases and achieving efficient business operations. This was the second time the meeting was held, following last year. This time, national staff from the three bases participated in person, while employees who were unable to attend participated online through Teams.

It was a very meaningful time for the entire group and national staff to identify and discuss issues they face in their daily work, and to find short- and long-term solutions. At the reception, Special Advisor Kume also joined the meeting and had the opportunity to report on the discussions held during the daytime meeting.

The JFE Shoji Group, together with the PERSTIMA Group, will continue to value communication and work as one to take on challenges and expand earnings even in a difficult environment.
