JFE Shoji Trade Corporation held a presentation of its business reform activities (commonly known as J-MUSCLE) over a total of five days in November and December. This year's event was again held online, moderated by Mr. Koizumi, General Manager of the Business Reform Promotion Office, and a total of 21 organizations, including 8 domestic and overseas group companies, made presentations on their activities, including examples of improved efficiency by using ChatGPT for translation and Excel functions, cost reduction and paperless operation by digitizing invoices and mill sheets, and communication activation including group companies, There were also a wide range of presentations on office renovations aimed at revitalizing communication and accommodating diverse work styles, including those of group companies. The presentation on the use of ChatGPT, in particular, was viewed by more than 250 people simultaneously, indicating the high level of attention it attracted.

One of the presenters commented, "I am glad that people from other departments took an interest in my presentation, not only at the presentation, but also when they passed by me in the office and asked me questions, and I feel that it has helped to strengthen the entire organization.
