Technical Generalization Department held the "6th Overseas Plant Managers' Meeting" at Zhejiang River Den.

On September 12, the Technical Management Department held the 6th Overseas Plant Managers' Meeting at Zhejiang Chanden Steel Sheet Co. The purpose of this meeting, which was attended by 37 participants from 13 overseas group companies, was to share and horizontally deploy information on improvements made by each company based on the "Factory Operation Standards" established by the Department. It is also used as a forum for information sharing and communication promotion among plant managers of each company, and has been held once a year since 2017 at the plants of overseas group companies.

This year, after introducing Zhejiang River Power's efforts to "promote automation of operations and facilities" and "make facilities intrinsically safe," participants actually observed Zhejiang River Power's improvement examples and management conditions at the plant. Participants spent a meaningful time looking at the equipment up close and asking questions about methods and difficulties related to the introduction of automation. In the afternoon group discussions, participants engaged in lively discussions on themes such as "the status of safety protective equipment use at each site and the sharing of information on current products," reaffirming the importance of exchanging opinions and sharing information among Group companies.

The Technical Management Department will continue to plan and operate activities such as the "Overseas Plant Managers' Meeting" to support Group companies in improving their plant management capabilities.
