On August 10, JFE Shoji Steel Philippines, Inc. (JSSP) held a Family Day, which was attended by a total of 288 employees and their families.

After enjoying breakfast at the Camp Pulong Gubat Wavepool Resort, a water park in Cuenca, Batangas, the program started with opening remarks by Director Morales and President Okamoto, followed by a video showing JSSP's past events and a blessing ceremony for children who graduated from elementary and junior high schools. After a blessing ceremony for the children who graduated from elementary and junior high schools, President Okamoto handed out heartfelt commemorative gifts to the children aged 1 to 12. Employees who were born in August were presented with birthday presents and cake, and everyone blew out candles to make wishes and celebrate. The event ended with a magic show by a professional magician and a game tournament for both children and adults. After all the programs were over, participants enjoyed the attractions in the water park, such as the wave pool and giant slides, and took pictures at the Instagram-worthy spots, making for a fulfilling day.
