JFE Shoji Trade's Osaka Branch attended the 37th Nikkei New Office Awards (Kinki block) award ceremony held on September 25. The ceremony was represented by Mr. Kitajima, Osaka Branch Manager, and Ms. Murase and Mr. Tanabe as representatives of the project team. Mr. Ariyoshi, chairman of the Kinki New Office Award Executive Committee, presented them with certificates and plaques.

The award, sponsored by the New Office Promotion Association, aims to promote the creation of "new offices," and is given to offices that have demonstrated a great deal of creativity and ingenuity. The Osaka Branch Office was renovated this spring under the theme "Tsunagari, Tsunawari, Tsuranaru Office. A project team was formed jointly by the Company and Group companies, and the new office space includes a corridor that circles the entire building and a free-address system. The office space that embodied the concept was highly evaluated and received the "Encouragement Award" in the Kinki block.

At the reception following the ceremony, participants looked at panels introducing the offices and exchanged opinions on the latest office design and working styles, deepening exchanges of ideas and information.
