JFE Shoji Trade held an informal ceremony at its head office on October 1.
A total of 45 employees who will join JFE Shoji in April 2013 participated in the ceremony, and Managing Director Onizawa gave the following words of encouragement to the new employees: "I want you to grow while making steady efforts toward what you want to accomplish. I want you to face your work positively, cheerfully, and with a challenging spirit. Next, Mr. Hara, General Manager of the Human Resources Department, handed each of them a letter of offer, and the ceremony was closed.

Although all the candidates looked nervous throughout the ceremony, they were relieved and showed bright smiles at the end of the ceremony. After the ceremony, the Human Resources Department gave them a tour of the company. A reception was also held to deepen exchanges among the informal meeting participants.
