On August 20, JFE Shoji Trade held its 11th Family Day at its head office, which was attended by 93 employees and their families. The purpose of this activity is to deepen mutual understanding between employees' families and the company and to create a comfortable working atmosphere.

The day consisted of two parts: a "program for children" and a "visit to the boardroom and office tour." The first part included an introduction to a day in the life of an employee, crafts, and a quiz game on iron. During the craft time, participants made photo props to be used in commemorative photo shoots.

The second part started with a greeting by President Kobayashi, followed by a commemorative photo with the photo props made during the craft time. This was followed by the annual visit to the boardroom, where the children experienced exchanging business cards. During the office tour, the children collected stickers placed throughout the office and interacted with employees. At the end of the tour, the children tried their hand at a game of target practice, which was prepared by the Human Resources Department, and received an assortment of sweets as a prize. Participants also received gift certificates from Kawasho Foods, a Kawasho Group company.

The event was filled with smiles from the participating children, who commented, "It was fun to see how iron is used in everyday life," and "It was fun to exchange business cards.
The JFE Shoji Group will continue to promote a better understanding of the workplace and create a workplace atmosphere that is easy to work in and that values family through such events.
