Nagoya Branch Office held Family Day for the first time!
On August 26, our Nagoya Branch held a Family Day, which was attended by 27 employees of the JFE Shoji Group working at the Nagoya Branch and their families. The purpose of this activity is to deepen mutual understanding between employees' families and the company and to foster a more comfortable working environment, and this was the first time it was held at the Nagoya branch office.
The day's program began at 11:00 a.m. and included an orientation, company introductions, a quiz competition on iron, commemorative photos, and greetings from division and branch managers. During the office tour, the children exchanged their original business cards, which they had made themselves, with employees and deepened exchanges. During lunch time, the children enjoyed lunch in the reception room or conference room, and on the way home, they received an assortment of snacks as a souvenir.
Participants commented, "Now that my family has a better understanding of the company and my work, I will be able to work harder than ever before! and "If the event is held again next year, I would definitely like to participate.
We will continue to value the relationship between employees and their families and strive to create a comfortable working environment.
