Osaka Branch Office held a Family Day!

On July 25, our Osaka Branch Office held its second Family Day, which was attended by 29 JFE Shoji employees working at the Osaka Branch Office and their families. The purpose of the Family Day is to deepen mutual understanding between employees' families and the company and to create a comfortable working atmosphere.

On the day, a welcome board with children's names handmade by Branch Manager Kitajima was displayed at the main entrance to welcome the employees' families, as was the case last year. The program consisted of two parts: "J-SHO Junior Seminar" and "J-SHO Junior Workplace Tour." The first part, "J-SHO Junior Seminar," included a daily time schedule of employees, an introduction to trading company work, and a quiz game about steel. In the craft experience, participants decorated tin cans manufactured by suppliers to create their own original cans. In the second part of the event, "J-Shosha Junior Workplace Tour," Branch Manager Kitajima greeted participants, followed by a commemorative photo and workplace tour. During the workplace tour, participants collected stickers placed throughout the office and exchanged business cards with employees to deepen exchanges.

Participating children commented, "I was surprised at how clean the office was and how spacious the conference room was. I was impressed by the welcome board with my name on it! and "I was happy to find a working father. The quiz and crafts were fun! and family members commented, "I now have a deeper understanding of work.
The JFE Shoji Group will continue to value the relationship between employees and their families and strive to create a comfortable working environment.
