JFE Shoji Trade Corporation's Osaka Branch Office received the "37th Nikkei New Office Award Kinki New Office Encouragement Prize". This award is presented annually by Nikkei Inc. and the New Office Promotion Association to offices that have demonstrated creativity and ingenuity with the aim of spreading and promoting the creation of "new offices. This year's award was given in recognition of the "Tsunagari, Tsunawari, Tsurunaru Office" theme, which is reflected throughout the office.

For this renewal, project members were recruited from each department and group company, and the project involved internal surveys and negotiations with design firms. Partition walls between group companies were eliminated to create a corridor that circles from the entrance and is spacious enough for three to four people to walk side by side. The foot area was also colored in steel. Ornamental plants were placed throughout to increase green visibility! In addition, the name of the conference room was changed to Fe and other elemental symbols related to iron, and the walls and desks were made of steel base material to add a sense of fun that only a steel trading company can have. The room has been well received not only by employees but also by customers!
