On June 13, JFE Shoji Service Corporation and its group company JFE Shoji Service invited students from Tokyo Metropolitan Adachi Special Needs School to participate in a sales workshop of bread and sweets at the JFE Shoji Tokyo Head Office building as part of its social contribution activities. This activity was started in 2021, and is scheduled to be held five times this year at JFE Shoji's Tokyo Head Office building and the Shin-Otemachi Building where JFE Shoji Group companies are located.

On the day of the event, students were in charge of the entire sales process, from bringing in the bread and sweets, to displaying them, sterilizing the trays, and working the cash registers. Since this "sales training session" is one of the most popular social contribution activities among JFE Shoji employees, a long line had already formed before the start of sales, and approximately 350 units were sold out within 30 minutes of the start of sales.
The JFE Shoji Group will continue to provide work experience opportunities for children so that they can gain confidence, discover new possibilities, and participate in society, thereby contributing to the realization of a sustainable, diverse, and inclusive society.
