On March 23, JFE Shoji Steel Philippines, Inc. (JSSP), a JFE Shoji Group company, held the 2nd Sports Festival, continuing from last year. The purpose of this event is to deepen the relationship among employees. 97 employees participated in this year's event.
　On the day of the festival, employees were divided into four teams (red, blue, green, and white), and each team created its own slogan and flag. The day started with team-building games in which the teams competed for team strength. During the badminton and basketball games, all participants stood up and gave shout-outs to their teammates. The white team was crowned the champion with the highest total score in all events!
　It was a very meaningful event that allowed all participants to enjoy physical exercise and strengthen the unity of the entire JSSP, regardless of whether they won or lost. We will strive in our daily work to make use of the teamwork built in this event to further improve the efficiency and smoothness of our work.
