      (Individual items)
Specifically, we have positioned the promotion of DEI (Diversity Equity Inclusion) as one of our important management issues, and are promoting initiatives to maximize the abilities of each employee with diverse backgrounds, including gender, nationality, values, and different lifestyles. With regard to employee education and training, we are creating opportunities for employees to grow by creating a nurturing environment that includes regular training by job level for each qualification system, various skill-up training programs to support employee growth such as trade practice, accounting, and finance, and specialized knowledge acquisition through outside training.
Regarding wage increases, we recognize the importance of improving working conditions and motivation, including appropriate wage levels and a rewarding workplace.

In addition, wages reflect evaluations of the abilities demonstrated by individuals in the performance of their duties and the degree to which they have achieved their goals.
