Deepen knowledge of the steel and trading industry

Through group work and roundtable discussions, you will learn about the steel industry and trading company industry to which JFE Shoji Trade belongs. Learn about the future of the steel industry and what is expected of trading company personnel, and take the first step toward creating the world 100 years from now.

Experience the ability to make
proposals to solve problems

In the 2days Value Chain Meeting, participants will experience sales role-playing, simulating actual projects. Through numerous interviews and team discussions, you will experience the "problem-solving" and "proposal" skills required at JFE Shoji.

Experience the real
corporate culture of JFE Shoji Trade

At each event, there will be many roundtable discussions with a wide range of JFE Shoji employees, from young employees to those in management positions. You will be able to experience firsthand the real corporate culture of JFE Shoji Trade, which can only be experienced at these events.

Industry and Business Understanding Seminar

Through company presentations, participants will learn what the trading company industry is and what JFE Shoji Trade has to offer. You will also have an opportunity to have a roundtable discussion with a recruiter to enhance your resolution about the business and job hunting activities.

Young Panel Discussion

Young sales employees in their 3rd-4th year will be on stage to talk extensively about their job hunting days, present and future careers through discussion and Q&A sessions. There will also be an opportunity for group work, so please be proactive in exchanging ideas and opinions with other participants.

Feel the reality of the workplace

You will be challenged to take on the role of a JFE Shoji Trade employee in a work that simulates an actual project. You will experience firsthand the work of JFE Shoji Trade, which is to weave a consensus among people with various thoughts and opinions, to gain their sympathy, and to conduct business.

Understanding the thoughts of employees on the front line

In addition, you will be challenged to work on projects that simulate actual projects as if you were an employee of JFE Shoji Trade.
We hope you can envision a career at JFE Shoji Trade during these two days.
