JFE Shoji Trade is developing its business with the aim of further expanding its overseas business. Recruitment Course

In this course, we are looking for candidates who are not bound to a specific job title, but are able to work in the diverse fields of a steel trading company. They will be responsible for the company's core operations in general, both domestically and internationally, for the future. The Sales Division is responsible for domestic, import/export, and foreign trade of steel products, steel raw materials, equipment and materials, and non-ferrous metals, while the Common Division works with other departments and group companies in a variety of areas, including finance and accounting, human resources, accounting, screening, legal affairs, and IT planning. After entering the company, the assignment will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of the individual's orientation, aptitude, and the company's needs.

  • *If hired, you will work in a "business position.
  • Except for the initial assignment, recruitment requirements are the same as for regular employment.

This course is ideal for those who wish to demonstrate their ability to connect, which is the essence of a trading company, from a global perspective. The initial assignment will be to work at the heart of international commercial distribution, including overseas transactions, logistics, and negotiations. This course provides an environment where students can hone their global perspective and practical skills from a young age. We welcome those who can communicate smoothly in English and those who have experience living overseas or studying or interning abroad and have experience in cross-cultural communication.

While deeply involved in diverse industries such as manufacturing and construction, this position provides value that only a trading company can offer, such as proposal-based sales of steel products and other raw materials and equipment, planning of inventory strategies, and building relationships of trust with customers. About work locations
The first assignments are in Tokyo, Osaka, Aichi, Chiba, Okayama, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, and other regions. Thereafter, as you gain experience and skills, you will be assigned to work in regions throughout the world, both domestically and internationally.
About the training system
We have a human resources development curriculum for each level, including new employee training, pre- and post-promotion training, and training for new positions, as well as a wide range of training programs aimed at developing business skills, such as strategic thinking training and basic financial training.
About overseas training programs
